  1. Place the covered soup container into the microwave and heat for 2 minutes.

  2. Remove the container from the microwave and give it a gentle shake. Return the container to the microwave and heat for another minute.

  3. Carefully remove the lid and stir the soup. If it still isn’t hot enough, return the lid and continue heating in 30-45 second intervals until hot. 

  4. Garnish and serve if desired.

  1. If possible, remove the foil packet from the fridge 15-20 minutes before reheating.

  2. Preheat the oven to 400° F. If possible, let the oven preheat for at least 15 minutes. 

  3. Remove the first layer of foil and place the foil packet on a sheet pan or baking sheet and place in the oven.

  4. Heat for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.

  1. If possible, remove the container from the fridge 15-20 minutes before reheating. 

  2. Preheat the oven to 400° F. If possible, let the oven preheat for at least 15 minutes. 

  3. Place the chicken container on top of a sheet pan or baking dish and remove the lid. Place the pan in the oven and heat for about 10-12 minutes or until chicken is heated through and crispy.

  1. If possible, remove the container from the fridge 15-20 minutes before reheating.

  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. If possible, let the oven preheat for at least 15 minutes. 

  3. Place the salmon container on top of a sheet pan or baking dish and remove the lid. Place the pan in the oven.

  4. For rare salmon, you only need to heat for 2-3 minutes or until salmon is heated through. For medium to well-done, heat for another couple of minutes and then check. 

Ginger Lime Flank Steak

  1. If possible, remove the container from the fridge 15-20 minutes before reheating.

  2. Preheat the oven to 400° F. If possible, let the oven preheat for at least 15 minutes.

  3. Place the steak container on top of a sheet pan or baking dish and remove the lid. Place the pan in the oven.

  4. For rare steak, you only need to heat for 5 minutes, or until the steak is heated through.  For medium to well-done, heat for 8 minutes and then check.  If the steak is still too rare, keep heating and checking in 3-5 minute intervals until cooked to your liking.

 

Basmati Rice

  1. Place the covered rice container into the microwave and heat for 1 minute.  

  2. Give the container a couple of gentle shakes and return the container to the microwave. Heat for another 30 seconds. 

  3. Carefully remove the lid and check to see if the rice is hot enough. If it’s not, return the lid and continue heating in 30 second intervals until hot.

 

Pan-roasted brussels sprouts

  1. If possible, remove the container from the fridge 15-20 minutes before reheating.

  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F.  If possible, let the oven preheat for at least 15 minutes.

  3. Place the Brussels sprouts container on top of a sheet pan or baking dish and remove the lid.  Place the pan in the oven.

  4. Heat for about 5 minutes. Then give the pan a shake and continue heating for another couple of minutes or until heated through.
