Asian Inspired Grilled Flank Steak

Oven

  • If possible, remove container from the fridge 15-20 minutes before reheating.

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.  If possible let the oven preheat for at least 15 minutes.

  • For rare meat, you only need to heat for 5 minutes, or until the meat is heated through.  For medium to well-done, heat for 8 minutes and then check. If the meat is still too rare, keep heating and checking in 3-5 minute intervals until cooked to your liking.

  • Transfer the steak to plate/s or a platter and serve with Chili Lime Sauce.

Chili lime sauce

  • Remove the lid and place container in the microwave and heat for about 20 seconds – this should be long enough to take the chill off the sauce, without heating up the container.

  • You may also transfer the sauce to a small microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or until hot.

  • Serve the Carne Asada with the Chili Lime Sauce on the side.

Ponzu Glazed Salmon

  • Transfer salmon to a platter or plate and serve.

Sweet Chili Green Beans

  • Place the covered green bean container in the microwave and heat for 45-60 seconds.

  • Give the container a gentle shake and heat for an additional 30 seconds.

Vegetable Fried Rice (White, Brown or Farro)

Microwave

  • Place covered fried rice/farro container in the microwave and heat for 1 minute.
