If you’re not already a salmon lover, this may make you one. First we soak the salmon in our signature ponzu sauce, sealing in the flavors of soy, ginger, citrus and honey.  Then we broil the salmon until it’s carmelized and the ponzu forms a glaze. 

This dish can hold in your fridge for up to 3-4 days.
